Yes, those plus triple filters and exhaust are plenty to get the most out of a normally aspirated R3. Once you have that combination just have it professionally dyno tuned and it will be a very rideable, dependable power house. You can go crazy and spend more money on more performance parts to tweek out a few more ponies but at some point it's no longer a dependable daily driver. I have the above combination and can attest to it being not only a good combination for power, but it's still docile enough to ride daily and starts every time.
