I'm fed up now!

It's literally a straight through full system (headers back) kind of short. Where the three pipes meet it's only a small curved pipe into the very open 10" can.

It was custom made in Sao Paulo , Brazil. Sorry, can't really say more than that about it.

Fit the triples and set the secondaries to 100% open with TuneECU.. leave em in there.

Save yourself dropping little screws down the intake then removing the head to get em out and waiting for head gasket and other parts from distant dealers...

Hell rocky make it easy for ya self

Convinced ??????

Denssell, you are a good man, I like your style. I'm popping back to London in December so I'll probably get some then. Final question about them, can I just leave the crankcase tube in place if I leave the stock filter in place

Just FYI - I left the connection to the now empty box in place (too difficult to access) and placed a foam filter to the inlet hole inside the box. Easy peasy.

Here is a picture of the stainless steel exhaust I built for my Rocket. A little different but made sence to me...

While I am at it here is my other bike 540 CI all alluminum Merlin Engine 600HP>

Thanks 1olbull for that, looks like i'll be leaving the filter in then, don't care for any storage. Just the air temp sensor to add on. Hopefully I'll gain some ponies.

Honker, that exhaust looks awesome, well done there! And that 600hp thing you have, holy cow!!

I love this stuff.

Hey Rocky,
Just to be clear - I removed my stock air filter and used triple K&Ns. This is a HUGE improvement IMHO and should be done in order to correctly utilize any non OEM exhaust system.
Just my 2 denar worth,
1olbull
PS: I don't use the old filter box space for storage . . . at least for now.
Hmmmmmmm . . . now that I think of it; it likely would properly fit a pint or two of Gentleman Jack.

Thanks 1olbull, it does make perfect sense actually. I'm looking forward to it now.

Guinness maybe..
