Sounds like a good idea let us know how it works out. That's a mod I would be interested in doing myself.

I fitted two 12 volt 30 amp relays and my headlights glow white now not yellow. I would suggest getting a plug set to fit the headlight connector so you dont have to cut the loom up. The headlight circut goes through the starter relay but it doesn't up the amp rating also the wire gauge at the front plug goes from thin to thick so you can still use the wire to the light.
