I need tune HELP!!!!!

G’Day,
Trying to fix a 2007 Rocket.
It’s got LMS free flowing pipes and Uni filters.
The stepper motor seems to be hunting all the time - only on this bike.
I swapped ECU’s was fine - then swapped back so it’s probably the tune.
Below is two YouTube videos I did of the situation.
I don’t have hair to pull out so it’s frustrating to say the least.
Maybe I just need a tune tune emailed to me

Try copying the L tables from a standard into that one

More thoughts, have you tried copying the map off the "dodgy" ECU and putting it on the other ECU?
And copying the map off the other ECU onto the dodgy one?
To be certain the problem follows the map and not the ECU.

Another thing is the values in the idle table, could copy them in from a standard map too.

Do you have the O2 sensor disabled? I found with it still enabled in a custom tune that the bike would always trim and lean it back out again.

I have had two issues with the plastic/Teflon gears that the stepper drives. The first was around 30K miles and the dealer replaced them. They were worn out due to road grime.

At RAA a few years ago, @Warp was looking at a problem I had where the bike would buck violently while I was at a steady throttle. The stepper had simply worn out and it was unable to move the gears correctly. Spraying lubrication on it helps but, in the end, we simply disassembled the gears and left the stepper plugged in till I could replace. The plunger still moves in and out with nothing to press against.

I have loaded a Hanso tune and it appears to be a lot better
