I am considering a 2006 R IIIClassc

I found the key to happiness when owning a bike is to have more than one. That way your not so anal about the one you have and are less likely to do something to it you'll regret later.
My 2005 runs like a top and i don't baby her by any means. The only thing i'm anal about is taking care of her.

I know those are supposed to be a great ride (the bike too ) but that whining sound was hurting my teeth just watching the video. That's why I put loud exhaust on my r3 was to over power the screaming gear noise.

Well a good rule of thumb too is treat a bike like a woman. Usually what you see is what you get. Sure you can add a few accessories like botox, a couple of inplants and a nip tuck here and there but you start messing with their ECU and it usually gets you in hot water. If you had more than one problem solved..

Well, last year when money was tighter I bought an 06 R3? black, soft bags, pipes, etc, but I was trying to buy a 2013 R3t. The bikes still there and I can afford it and I still want it but there really is nothing wrong with the R3 i have. I prefer the way the touring fits me and I would put pipes and a tune in first thing. cranberry red/black, the colour/whole bike has really grown on me, it's just hard to justify the expense. If these guys make me a reasonable trade offer i'll probably pull the trigger.
