I am considering a 2006 R IIIClassc

I found the key to happiness when owning a bike is to have more than one. That way your not so anal about the one you have and are less likely to do something to it you'll regret later. ;)
My 2005 runs like a top and i don't baby her by any means. The only thing i'm anal about is taking care of her.

I know those are supposed to be a great ride (the bike too ;)) but that whining sound was hurting my teeth just watching the video. That's why I put loud exhaust on my r3 was to over power the screaming gear noise.

Well a good rule of thumb too is treat a bike like a woman. Usually what you see is what you get. Sure you can add a few accessories like botox, a couple of inplants and a nip tuck here and there but you start messing with their ECU and it usually gets you in hot water. If you had more than one problem solved..;)

Well, last year when money was tighter I bought an 06 R3? black, soft bags, pipes, etc, but I was trying to buy a 2013 R3t. The bikes still there and I can afford it and I still want it but there really is nothing wrong with the R3 i have. I prefer the way the touring fits me and I would put pipes and a tune in first thing. cranberry red/black, the colour/whole bike has really grown on me, it's just hard to justify the expense. If these guys make me a reasonable trade offer i'll probably pull the trigger.
