i've ranted and raved about this from day one !!!!!!of all the mod.s that would make the r3 "look" better---lower the kfg . tank. i betcha we'll get one in the next few months! anybody wanna bet????---out--john--clue--tune in to metric tv -----sept.

I like the standard look of the tank , but it would be great to see other peoples ideas of what they think suits the bike .

The tank is a little "boss hoss" looking. I love it.

I like the overall look of the stock tank - it's odd and abstract, like me :lol: - but I hate them flanges at the edges. They kinda kill the design flow. Of course, I took care of that when I re-did my bike. Used body filler to fill in those flanges and now she looks like a smooth polished gemstone. Purdy...

The tank is in your face. I like the look. I did have to put a tank pad on it, because my big belly and leather jacket belt buckle kept colliding.
