I'm a little confused, I've seen HID conversion kit pricing from ~$175 to ~$500.
With no indication of what the difference might be between them
except for the price.
I know our headlights suck, I solved my headlight issues with motolights. www.cyclegadgets.com
Just curiuos, has anyone a definite replacement bulb that works better than the OEM bulbs?
I hear the PIAA bulbs are some of the brightest you can get. I got the xenon blue H4 replacements at newr3.com which give off a whiter and a little brighter light but I don't think they were a huge difference from the stock bulbs. http://newr3.com/html/xenon_headlights.html
I will try PIAA bulbs next. The HID kits would be nice but I'm not all for a high voltage system that might go bad and fry my electrics, which I hear the cheaper kits tend to do.
I had the piaa bulbs , expensive compared to other bulbs , but did seem a lot brighter than the standard ones 8)
