Well he just rang said its fixed , come and get it .. I said i can't no transport just yet ,, so he came round and picked me up , took me back for the bike , and alls i can say is , Its all good , Dean suggested to me that he may have misread the manuel , because the roadster and the tourer have different oil levels when fully compressed , rocket classic 89 mm tOURER 110 MM .
i ASKED HIM AND HE SAID THATS EXCATLY WHAT HE DID , PLUS GOING A HEAVIER OIL so he changed it back to 5 weight and started again ..
Thats what i want out of a mechanic , someone who will acknoledge a **** up and fix it , instead of blaming someone and everyone and everything else , and try to grab more money fixing whats not broke
I'm glad i did'nt get my mad up and crack the ****s , credit where its due this guy after i got home and rang him , did come round straight away , and when he could'nt fix it there followed me to his garage and brought me home , and today came to pick me up .
He did acknoledge he has not worked on one of them before and in future will double check the manuel and with Triumph , because there are differences in the 2 models .
