Help my rocket is trying to kill me!

I get the same problem (randomly) as well as the back fire issue. After reading through this and other threads I think I need a workshop manual Call me old fashioned but so many things to go wrong with these modern set up's its quite scary. My ol' lady has hidden my debit card. Oh and the cat too!

Just to update, I replaced the vacuum hoses and the fuel filter, but she was still playing up.i got the lonlec cable and tune ecu software, plugged it in this morning and it tells me that the secondary tps has a open circuit. Seems the cable was well worth the £20.00.
Hope this helps if anyone has similar problems.
