Hayabusa owner changing to R3

if i lived over there i bet i would need a lot of rockets.
buy the cheapest rocket and then just hand them the keys:(
i would also rig it to pump a gallon of water in the engine before i slowed down:roll:

welcome mate from sunny Dartmoor .
I went from a gen 1 tuned Busa to the rocket . Busa is awesome when you can see a mile ahead and keep winding her up , but became a pain relocating my hips after long rides ! A rocket on the other hand , is a different beast altogether , especially when tweaked a tad . whereas the Busa is is a tool , the Rocket , due to its size and road presence , seems to have no place having the acceleration and torque that it does . infact , a Rocket makes more torque at 2000 rpm than a busa will at full chat ! As you know , you need a long road to get a buss to full chat , the rocket will make that power in 100 yrds and can and does catch one out on a regular basis if you not got your eye on the ball . Busa is fast , but rocket is a different and far more smiley fast ! It won't be your hands numb , it will be wondering why you can't get your head off the pillow the morning after a long run ! consult here after any test ride tho , little foibles you may ignore on most bikes , can be costly issues on a Rocket. Bag a good one and I guarantee the Busa will pale in comparison . As mentioned above Rocket prices are soaring over here but do seem cheap in America !

...thing is...over here you will lose your drivers licence and your vehicle if caught doing 140kph or over...the rocket easily gets there in 4th....you look down and go ..'oh ****!'..and back her off a bit...
Cruising at 110kph-120kph is very comfortable tho...
4th? I don't shift from 1st until 70mph/112kph. 2nd goes to 110mph/177kph. I guess by the end of 3rd, I'd be on the most wanted list. :p
