Go Pro video question

OK, went up to Harbor Springs today to video the tunnel of trees. downloaded to my laptop and the video goes several frames then stops, goes several moer and stops and so on. what am I doing wrong? can this be fixed or do I have ro make the run again? guesI need a 12,year old to show me how to use it
 

Your computer might be tooo slow and old for a HD video. What's the specs of your machine?
 
No might about it that is your problem, if you have a HD TV plug your gopro into it and run it it will be flawless.
You might need a mini HDMI connector if you do wallyworld has them for 10bucks.

Figured it out. I rebooted my laptop and all is well. I had tied up resources by letting it not completely shut down by closing the lid. Reboot took care of it.
