Getting a 2014 R3T

I was considering doing the same thing assuming there was a real noticeable power difference in the Roadster. Guess I'll have to test ride it first, but I do love my R3T.......

There is a power difference in the two, but the dyno gods have proven that the right tune will even the playing field. Ride what you like, get it tuned to where you're happy

Congrats...looks just like mine for some reason...hope you enjoy many trouble free miles.

One thing I have noticed is that I can't flat foot this one. I easily could on my classic. Not sure if its due to being new or the seat. The new seat is definitely wider and more padded than the one on my classic.

For mine I ended up replacing the rear suspension with Hagon Nitros HD (they have a regular version for the R3, but with the extra weight of the touring, a stiffer spring is needed) which lowered the beast an inch so I am able to flat foot it. It makes all the difference in the world for my enjoyment of this motorcycle. I was never much of a peg scraper so losing the bit of ground clearance wasn't an issue for me.
