After totaling my 08 Classic, I'm getting a new Touring. It is the red/ black.

So will it be a huge difference? My classic was used mostly for long trips so I thought the Touring was the best choice.

I haven't ridden any other Rocket models except the R3T and find it very comfortable around town and on long trips( some over 800 miles in one day)...I think you'll be happy with the Touring...Good luck!!

I rode the R3T for 5 yrs and now have a Roadster, The R3T was a more comfortable and smoother ride, and if I must be completely honest the I havent really noticed a huge difference in power and acceleration between the two, perhaps because of the torque difference?... I do like the raw look of the Roadster over the R3T however.

I took delivery of my 2014 R3T a few weeks ago and am really glad that I went this route. This bike replaced my 2012 Harley Road Glide Ultra and the difference is night and day.
I believe you will enjoy this bike and will spend a good deal of time answering questions about it. I also had a 2007 Rocket III Classic and a 2010 1700 Thunderbird before this as well.

Love my R3T, I tried my best to try something new from Victorys to the new Indian, nothing was as comfortable or had as much umph. It is an 08 with 30k mile but I guess it will stay the stable a few more years unless Triumph decides a fairing model is due.
