Front Brake Issues...

Had the same trouble with my 06 sprint triumph wouldn't do any rectification so traded for my first rocketIII haven't looked back

A lot of the older Rocket models had trouble with spongy rear brakes due to air in the system. Beeding them usually rectified the problem (mine). Some guys had defective bleeders. Some, the seats in the calipers needed massaging to provide a good seal for the bleeders.

Hello @G8Bru and welcome from Virginia. It's too bad your first posts are about deficient brakes and mechanics. Do not let them get away with shoddy work brother, the bike is under full warranty. And rounding off nut, bolt or fitting is unsatisfactory. They need to replace that as well. Tell them you need a loaner bike while they fix this.

Now, if you don't mind, head over to the introduce yourself thread and tell us a little more about your bike life.
