I have Hagon's back and front, fantastic.... though the rear Nitro's were custom to cope with my fatness at way over 34 stone, now I'm down to the mid 15 stones they are a little harsh and will need the internals sorting! :?

Nope, live down the road from the factory, they not only fitted custom internals but also fitted them to the bike (rears that is), I was one of the 1st to have them and they changed the design at the top following fitment as they needed to file them down to fit on the bike!
put the nitros on today.
difference in sag between bike only and bike plus me is about 16mm (after allowing for stiction)
Tried doing static sag by lifting bike until suspension topped out, and taking another measurement with me sitting on it. The difference came out at 32mm

There's always one smart ass ....
Back to topic tho, Take the bike out Mike, set the rebound dampers between 10-12( max) & hit some bends!! I found the dampers were best at 11 when new & now at 9 ( like 8 or 9000k's in)
dampers on mine go from -5 to +5 they came set at zero with preload woun down 2 turns from minimum. at this setting the ride was worse than the standard shocks. even on the a19 it felt like i was on a pogo stick. wound all the preload off and set damping to -5 and its now okish but not dramatically better than stock units. can't help thinking that springs are just too strong for my weight and riding style
