Hi Just had first service 500 miles 800ks. I asked the dealer to put Mobile 1 in the bike but its come back running poorly with a lot of vibration. Has anyone got any ideas. i will be going back to see the dealer in the morning.

Hi Paul. Don't accept it, take it back and make them fix it. Tell them if they fiddled with the tune they need to put it back the way it was. Couple of guys up your way I'm sure can help with any dealer problems.

12 minute recalibration

Hi, i did the 12 minute recalibration thing this morning before riding it back to the dealership and that seems to have done the trick.

What is a 12 minute calibration?

What is a 12 minute calibration?

The bikes computer will adjust itself by allowing it to idle for 12 mins from a cold start,no throttle.
It also adjusts the settings for air fuel ratios to suit altitude.

Its not a dead certain fix for everything ,just something to try before you start pulling things apart/spending money.

I. Would still let the dealer know since they screwed up. This way it is on record if any further problems arise that they caused it.
