I'm no longer a Rocket rider but rode one for several years 2007 to 13- Even organised the Rocket Run to mid-Cheshire (near Crewe) with a rally T shirt showing the grinning Cheshire Cat! These days I'm riding a Thunderbird again- 3rd one after a brief riding period on s Tiger 800. There-in lies my reason for returning to this forum. This T-bird came with a box of incomplete accessories so now I'm looking for a mounting kit for the triumph demountable windshield= so If there are any Rocket riders that have a mounting kit they no longer need and would like to sell it to me- or know where I might be able to buy one from- give me a shout.
Hope you're all still managing to ride your R111 with that stupid grin that says "This is the worlds greatest bike" Ride safe and proud. Ed
