Kimd of odd, but fine, small cabins, pretty basic, I can't remember if they had running water. Then I think they had kind of a main lodge, like a motel. Loose gravel internal roads is the only downside I remember.

Gravel and a bit south of the center area of Wythville. Not trying to be overly critical.

Did not see any issues with the little cabins, much better than Spyder Creek, then again, it was years ago, who knows, they may be worse than spyder creek now

Around 15 hrs, if i decide to go i can handle it,,,,,, i think

9 1/2 hours for me, not bad, and I can always drop the wife off at my daughter's in Raleigh on the way, only 2 hours and 15 minutes from her house, didn't realize it was thst close. Has my vote.
