Correct and understood. In my case, there was minimal improvement between the base and the re-map. However, the biggest improvements came in fixing the flat spots and completely eliminating the decel pop.
Most likely I will add the triple K/N's this winter, then get it re-dyno'd in the spring. I've told myself I'm gonna stick with what I've got...but then I know myself too well. It's just a matter of time before the filters are ordered and I start hacking on the bear claw.
