Valve clearance check results from original owner

Going through the paperwork from the original owner of the Rocket. Here's the results. They just don't make sense to me . The exhaust is at .229 before and is still .229 after. Two changed .127 and .127, I don't get that either. One intake measured .051??

I's wondering if he transposed numbers and the .127 .127 shouldn't be .127 .172

I do not have the spects
But going out on the limb i think that is way off
I am thinking that .127 is close to an 1/8 inch. I think it should be around
.010 to .015 would be closer to a valve clearance

.127mm is .005
