I dropped my rocket tonight. This is the first time I've ever dropped a bike. I was pulling into the gas station and dont really know what happened. My oil light keeps coming on before I start it but it starts ok. Do i need to have it checked out? Only crinkled the highway bar.
Fun getting em back up, huh. Only happens when you might get real embarrassed....
Dropped mine the first day I got it. Stoped at a friends ro show it to him and dropped it on the right side turning around in his back lot by his garage. Was not too bad getting her up since I could put the stand down and was not afraid of her going over the opposite way. Adrenaline helped trying to her up before he saw. Jim still does not know and I am not volunteering. I would never hear the end of it.
You got to watch your footing with them , once they start to go over pretty hard to pull them back up. Rockets are at there most unstable at paddling around speed.
Well you've now officially joined the club.
Though I havn't dropped my R3 "yet", I realized right away it doesn't do as well as I'm used to in slow maneuvers. The good news is that you and the bike are ok.
Oops. At least you had bars to prevent more damage.
Oil light on before start would be normal since there's no oil pressure.
You probably are only noticing now because you're looking for problems.

Did You really drop it ? ..... geez I didn't notice and you were only about 6 feet away from me, I thought you were just a little tired and were having a nap at least you didn't end up on crutches for the next 5 days and full of pain killers after I stopped it going over and sprained my knee and ankle after my slightly exuberant take off earlier, think I would have preferred a broken clutch lever like you
