GET THAT WOBBLE CHECKED ,
They said they fixed it , At 405pm i laid my bike down after losing control, I was going 60-65 MPH on the interstate bike is pretty chewed up , i broke a bone in my ankle , Thank god i was in full leathers and 16inch boots , the police and sqaud said i should be toast. Otherwise i am ok so far ........

yeouch!!

glad to hear that you're still with us and not broken up worse than you are.

Before the soreness sets in, what did the dealer say they "fixed" regarding the wobble?

Any mods that might affect the bike?

Hate to hear that I laid it down
Glad u was able to walk away from it with no major injury

wobble

Glad you are ok, what a messy situation, did you wreck your new 2011 Touring?
What was it they were supposed to fix?
I have a 2010 and now I,m worried.
If you have it all documented that they fixed the wobble you could take them to court.?

Glad to hear you're not too badly hurt. Details about the wobble when you're up to it might help others avoid the problem. Hope you and the bike are mended soon.

More details

I have posted a thread about the wobble in October it should be searchable ..Hopefully that helps. As far as the bike goes ,I don't know what they consider totalled , going to to need Handle bars ,crash bars headlights(fog/passing) mirrors ,Gas tank ,Bags ,bag guards and probably more , i have not seen the bike since i wrecked it yesterday afternoon. If I can figure out how to drive , i will get some pictures.

Bike

Man , don't get me wrong SCREW the bike , I am not cat food I went for a slide on the interstate at 60mph. If all i got was a broken fibula and a wrecked bike ,AMEN.
That is why i have insurance . In case they total it , i have gap insurance.
the rescue squad and the Police officer thought was toast!
I am one happy guy !

WEAR your leathers , without them it would have been alot worse!

Great attitude to have!!!!!
