I had the cluster repaired. The power supply circuit was faulty. Repair cost a little over 400 euro.
The repair company could not get a new screen which means my cracked screen could lead to the same issue again.
At least I am able to ride the bike again.
I put a claim to my triumph dealer for an new cluster unit. Let’s see how it plays out.
Just to check with you guys…. I cannot buy a replacement screen from triumph. The only “spare part “ option triumph provides is a new cluster.
