I was there yesterday (Saturday 03/03). I found a set of wheels for the Road King on the Daytona Beach Craigslist so rode over to pick them up. I don't think I will be able to make it to BW this year. Kind of weird being there before any of the vendors show up.
If you go, stop at Carl's Speed Shop on Beach Street. They will be closing up shop in a couple of months. It's a chance for you to say good-bye and pick up a t-shirt for half-price.
