D&D slip one vs TORS

No, I wouldn't recommend calling anyone, on or off a bike, a fag. We have the same clubs here - HA, Bandidos etc, and they're not cuddly teddy bears over here either.

It's just a fairly amusing little video I thought would fit well with the "don't go illegally loud" message.
 
Not looking for obnoxius sound. Will have to have my wife record me on the camera doing a few flybys at different speeds to see what the scooter sounds like. I have no idea what it sounds like from the road, only the captains chair, and it is decidedly quiet to motor-boat sounding.
 
After staring at some pictures and pulling one of my silencers I figured out the difference. TORS are a narrow exhaust tube with a perforated pipe glass pack and the D&Ds are a wider exhaust tube with a luvered pipe glass pack.
 
Anyone ever seen this German-made custom exhaust?

I think the owner is a member..on Facebook he is Rocketdrei Triumpff. I want to hear what this sounds like if I ever get the Roadster model. So far I haven't been a fan of anyvexhaust I've heard on any model.

Shoot! if I wanted anything as crude as that I could knock it up in the shed in a couple of hours ,almost as bad as one set of Harley mufflers I saw made out of two Stanley Stainless Steel themos flasks

Here in Queensland we lock 'em up, put them in a pink jump suit and add an extra 7 years for good measure..

The final heat shield piece makes it unnoticeable..I would like to know how they affect the flow.
 
Me thinks it would be worse than stock or TOR mufflers.
It would drag pavement!

Does anyone know the weight difference between tors &stock mufflers,also size difference in outlet sizes.I ask because I just received set of#A9608090 & they seem to be stock mufflers,they seem to have same outlet size&weight,also have same blockage about half way down the pipe which I believe to be the beginning of the cat.
