I was replacing exhaustwrap and noticed cylinder 1 seem to run fat but not 2 and 3. What could cause that? The bike runs great, sparks look good.

Cylinder 1

Cylinder 2

Cylinder 3

Each cylinder has its own fuel table, and they do run a bit different.

Looks like #2 &#3 were leaking. So they would look different. So then one has to eonder if your using the O2 sensor? If so then getting the two leaks might make the sensor read lean and then the ecu dumps more fuel. I think I'd clean things up. Check the coil low tension leads to make sure they are tight. Clean #1 enough that you can see the difference fix the leaks and ride her a bit then check again. If the bikes older I'd change all the vacuum lines, hose and plug caps are cheap.

Stock header, no cat with a single 5" supertrapp and ramair.

My 2013 engine, out of a wreck had 3 different colors too. Hard to diagnose without it being mounted in something. Like Warp said, could be from leaking, or funky map, intake leaks, a whole lot of possibilities.

I run 20228 and O2 checked. Should I uncheck it? Another tune?
