Custom passenger backrest pad ideas?

I've got a 2011 R3T touring and my better half would like a taller pad. She says she feels like she's about to fall off when I accelerate, go figure.

Anyways, I've done a bit of poking around and I think my R3T had the bigger backrest for the passenger so apparently Triumph doesn't make a taller or adjustable one and I've had no luck searching to see if someone will modify a backrest like they do a seat...

Any ideas?

Sounds like an easy job for any seat-maker or upholsterer?? I just had a look at mine which is a Roadster backrest and it appears like a simple job to fabricate from scratch..

I don't know if mine is taller than the Touring's offer but had no complaints from the rear...? maybe worth comparing the two and see if they are interchangeable??
