It seems most of them have never tried to turn on dirt.... all it takes is throttle (lots) and counter steer. Of course it has been about 46 years since I straddled a T100 on the flat dirt track. ;)

Great video, thanks for posting.

I was surfing the net looking at R3 stuff on Utube and this caught my eye, at 1 min and seven seconds I was crying with laughter ( I had a couple of beers so I guess that helps).

You have got to check this out guys

Cheers

ps....I'm going to watch it again now.

Well, comical because nobody got hurt. There wasn't one rider wearing adequate protection. Better than half should not have been allowed on the track. There were one or two riders that actually new what they were doing though. Nice inside pass on the next to last lap.

Regardless of how funny that was, those guys up front had some pretty serious skills!
Ya gotta get that front tire drifting . . .

They were skilled, i would not have the balls to do that.
I had to laugh because im in the UK & HD's doing this is something you will never see over here, never heard of it & never expected to see it.
I would not have belived you could do that on a HD.
Is this a standard thing in the USA? I loved it & would love to watch something like that live.

I would have thought they would at least wear glasses of some sort. It is tough to ride with dirt in your eyes...

A very funny video , but at least they were having a go!, BTW Australia was the birthplace of Motorcycle Speedway Racing(1923) in the 50s most major towns had a speedway track of some sort and the major cities had several tracks ,but I never saw Harleys Racing Speedway o_O
