If you are going to use these to discuss the latest snide remark from your mother-in-law while riding, then don't get them... Nothing good will come of it... If you are riding in a group with riders of varying style and ability, then they are good to keep in touch to make sure everyone is ok, needs gas, or a piss break.. For example. Wolf will waste me in the twisties and I will waste him on the straightaways... Sometimes we end up seperated by miles... If someone needs to stop or gets in trouble you will more than likely pass by whereever they are stopped.. It also comes in handy when identifying and going after prey (Hardley's, etc.) to coordinate the kill. Wolf and I really did waste alot of time finding each other on long rides before we got these. Idk makes a good point, but if you don't want interruption or to have to deal with anyone, then ride alone..
