Broken exhaust mount on the frame

First run out for seems like forever, just given it a once over for tmrw and noticed the mount that holds my platts shorties in place has broken off at the frame wandering if anyone else has had this problem and what would be the best fix so it doesn't happen again in my lifetime cheers
 
Not a problem if you can weld and have the right welder. I'm not sure why that would break like this. Maybe corrosion over time and someone stepped on the pipe at some point?
 
Reason I'm asking is,as you may know the actuall exhaust are to short to mount to any think so there's alot of stress on that bracket

Sorry I should have explained better but i had a mouth full of feathers at the time of posting lol, should have to 5 first, normally when a bike starts giving me problems I move it on... But not this 1 the reward is worth the pain.
