Batwing Fairing into a "Manta Ray" - How to mod & keep BOTH headlights! For cheap-ish

RE: my sport fairing project for the winter I already looked at the menphis shade bat wing and thinking of using one as base for making my own I see some else just did it ..here in calgary the base model goes for $ 500..

Lifelong...as for a sport tourning roadster, thats kinda my plan. After I get back home in mid Nov I am going to do a quick video of my bike.

Starting with it stripped down to the "Roadster" version. Then adding the batwing (with tunes then) and the Ghost brackets I have that I will mount some hard bags/boxes I found on Ebay. Might even add in a trunk if I get one at a good price.

Then rounding out the video I will take it all back off. I am hoping I can go from Roadster to Tour'er and back again in less than 5 min by myself with no time lapse and no tools.

The ghost brackets should really help with that!

More to come on its development.
 
This thread needs a bump. I knew it was here somewhere and I searched through 9 pages of titles to find it again. Along the way I found numerous people posting for alternatives to the outrageously priced Corbin. Well here it is with some well written instructions. Don't forget the scotch!
