Bad Voltage Regulator ...OR?

As a follow up comment on the question I ask about charging voltage...I got in contact with Roadstercycle about buying a new regulator to try. I explained some of my charging results and got a quick reply from Jack Fleming who I believe owns the the site. He said he routinely bench tests all the R/R he sells before he ships them. He stated "On my bench test machine under very little load I see about 14.8 to 14.9 volts consistently, when I load them up I see in the 14.6 volt range".
I also was looking through my Rocket 3 service manual at some of the troubleshooting charts for the electrical system. I saw under some of their testing procedures this information... I guess that 13-15 volts would be typical charging voltage one might expect to see. Thanks

Well that's good to know, I also have that Eastern Beaver relay setup on my headlights, do you have an isolation relay to supply power direct from the battery for your lights?
