If everything is working still, consider installing a wire directly off the battery WITH AN INLINE FUSE and using it to run the lights. Then use either a switch or a relay to control the on/off.

Take it from me, don't hijack other circuits. It doesn't end well. :? :?

Big flashing arrow added, because, "stupid hurts"

hahahahaha...

Shouldn't the arrow be pointing just a bit more to the left? Not quite 45-degrees ... maybe 60 or so? Or 150-degrees as it were.

Dang it! Now i see it. I'll never ask again. By the way I got it fixed. I must have grounded something while I was working on it. I had 2, 5 amp fuses blowen. and 2 bad connections. And one bulb that just decided not to work for a while. After I took it out and checked the connunity (sp) then pluged it back in all was good. The other side had a bad conection. All this because I was trying to be a nice guy. Never again I tell ya, never again.
