It's official Red first followed by yellow, then silver, the camera bike was next on an HD. the black rocket stalled on the starting line. It has to be true I saw it with my own eyes. Very unusual test there Anthony. In a 'normal' test scenario the camera would have been carried on a scooter and I've been told that even a black Rocket can beat one of those. The black one only came last because the camera was unfairly mounted on a Harley.

this has nothing to do with speed

I do prefer black obviously as i bought one but i really dont mind the other colours either.
except one which i think is absolutely hidious
and that is the classic with the red and white tank geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez thats a hidious combo its like the cars with the vinal roofs they suck and it just dont work im affraid.
the red and black combo is nice the blue and black is nice and all the solid colours are nice. but that classic red and white **** what the f#*& wher they thinking its the worst looking thing ive ever seen .
If i had one id crash it on purpose so insurence would respray it another colour lol

No offence to anyone with cars with vinal roofs intended

Well Mitch... yep its not about speed and if I valued your opinion your remarks would have cut deep.

But the thread is about speed and the Red Classic gets from A to B a lot faster then a 150hph black one..
Maybe not as good off road but I didnt buy it for that

doesnt mean the bike is any different just not the colour for me but hey i dont think Triumph wher thinking of me or gave a **** what i thought when they came out with it neither did u when u purchased it
No offence intended by the way i just call it how i see it
Im thinking of getting some knobbly tires for mine better suited to the paddocks

Seen a ' blood + bone ' Rocket with a black engine , chrome fat T-Bars and Metcruze seat out at the All Triumph day at Dayboro.. i thought it looked really smick !
