Absolute numbers aside, the curves are incredibly similar, likely there's almost nothing between the two bikes for power.

The motor is kind of strange, it likes to be run lean... super weird.

I doubt you'll even feel a difference at 4000-11000 between my tune and yours honestly.

Comparing them, It looks like our slightly different exhausts shifted the 6200 torque dip around a touch, but other than that, they're almost identical.

If you can find one, the exhaust header from a 2006 955 Daytona is very good.http://nevillelushracing.com/dyno_gallery/dyno013.jpg This is the pipe I used for this bike. Cams/valve springs/porting/exhaust. Good street bike. note torque curve and #s.

Looks like a fun ride, similar shape to stock, just more of it :p I was unaware the 2006 pipe was any different from the 02-05, interesting, since, I have an 06 motor (1050 cases, 955i internals).

a) I do not know about the microfiche but the last model 955 Daytona had a bigger header. I am not certain the headers are the same in each country either... Yes the above graph is from a 2014 Speed Triple , as indicated. Which is a 1050. The one in the ebay pic looks like the larger one. The bike in the graph had a 54mm ID muffler. All it needs. 2006 pipe will fit onto a 1050 head..

They're all 54mm Neville
Now 955 Speed Triple headers are certainly smaller....

The MUFFLER id was 54. The secondary pipe may well be 54 as well on all, but the HEADERS or the pipe exiting from the engine are larger. Maybe different descriptions. What is the header diameter of your bike OD?

Well until some jerk wants his Whining Pigeon Hardley to race Mufasa. That I think would become a nuisance.

I’ve never heard an HD owner interested but I’ll happily oblige, doesn’t bother me.

Interesting, I’ll have to poke around the Triumph dealer next time I’m there, they always have a few Daytona’s on site when I’ve been there.

Since I couldn’t remember I went and checked, for my own knowledge, 41mm primaries into 57mm secondary.

I remember now the challenge I had was finding a muffler that didn’t neck down internally. Pretty much all the ones I could find went from 57 down to 54 or 50 internally because manufacturers were using the same internal baffle for all their pipes. The Hayabusa R55 was one of the very few that didn’t.

Is that on a 1050 motor Neville?
It looks like before and after 1050 S3 with higher redline and clearly more work :D

At least per the fiche it should be same header all way through the 955 Daytona range ?? Can't see anything about it changing for 06 MY
Is yours any different from this one? - 1999-2006 Triumph Daytona 955i OEM Exhaust Header Pipes Manifold *NO DENTS* | eBay

Cool, just bought that, at the time I could only find one with a dent in it, 10 freeze/thaw cycles with water in it got most of it out, but for $99 and free shipping, couldn't go wrong, plus it gives me more options if where I cut the first one wasn't optimal.
