I have been accepted as an apprentice by one of the top tuners in the country starting this fall.

Ultimately I’ll be running a Mobile trailer dyno at race days, track days, and remote trips to areas without good local tuners.

I’m super excited and can’t wait to understudy someone who puts my knowledge to absolute shame, it’s truly humbling watching a master tuner at work.

It took him about 30 minutes to build my Daytona tune, and while that seems recklessly fast, the bike is now butter smooth and makes great power everywhere. Astounding how fast he was able to dial it in.

Congrats, Rob. Happy it all worked out for you! Nels is a master and you will be one also in short order!
I too am very impressed with my 5th yearly tune from Nels. This one produced the same rwhp, but my acceleration is much stronger & quicker than ever before.
