Nox,
my output shaft bearing went out at 6 mos.
Replaced by Triumph at no cost to me,
they changed out the entire rear end assembly.
TPS went bad last year,
again replaced by Triumph at no cost to me.
It had a nasty habit of wearing out the back tires at an alarming rate,
but since I changed to a car tire, that problem went away.
The rest of the problems are all owner induced...
Get it, you won't be disappointed.

No issues on mine - other than the niggling little things you can find fixes for all over this board.

Love my Rocket! Its considered an 07 Model, but when you check the vin #, you find out that year it was built. Mine was actually built in 2006. My husband has an 05 Rocket. We both had the infamous "upgrade kit" that doesnt really exist. This mysterious upgrade include the tortional output shaft bearing, fuel gauge replacement, second gear is replaced & more recently a wiring modification, the cam guides are replaced, but this is ONLY if you have problems, not everyone does and Triumph has been exceptional with replacing at no cost. Not all bikes have these issues. Cant explain why some do & dont, but I would buy another Rocket in a heartbeat; its an AMAZING bike/ride. Good luck.
