TTS sells a supercharger kit.

Boostisgood sells a turbo charger kit.

There is also a Naturally Aspirated performance kit that will get your performance up in the same range as the blown systems by using new internals. I cannot remember the company name, but somebody will throw it out there.

I'll let others speak to the filters, but I think you will see minimal returns if you are already running the 3xK&Ns.

Changing to triple filters will make a good difference to the filter under the seat , wether K and N or not , did not notice a difference when I changed to the K and N under the seat at all , noticed a good difference when I went to the triple pods

I had to go back and re-read the original post ... I thought Biceps said that he had the 3xK&N's, but he only has the underseat K&N.

Definitely upgrade. Especially considering you already have improved pipes.

Don't have to remove the secondaries if he's got a TB, just set them to 100.
