Take a look at this RAM High Strength Composite Spring Loaded Cradle for Cell Phones

I use one and it has never dropped anything. Holds a Galaxy S5 in the lifeproof case...barely. The back should break the wind enough so that it doesn't blow out

Went to my RAM stockist and tried the iphone6+ in that cradle and it does not fit.

Look at the mounts from Kuryakyn. I bought one and used it for the iPhone 6 plus. Liked it so much I ended up buying 2 more. Use 1 on the rocket and 2 on the other bike.

They are the Tech-Connect model. The ones I purchased included the mounting to the handlebars

I've bought a kit from ultimate addons which included a waterproof tough case, handlebar attachment bracket & charging cables.

I would suggest you consider a magnetic tank bag.
Whatever size you wish and it will carry those odds and ends and/or roscoe.
Sure works well for me!

Use the Ram X Grip instead. My phone has never moved at any speed.

I encourage you to check slip grip (Welcome to SlipGripCarMounts - Innovation in Progress) they make excellent well fitting mounts for phones and devices that attach to the handle bars very cleanly.

For USB, I've got a bar mounted dual USB port that I can plug in 2 phones at the same time, very cleanly installed.

I also have an XGRIP mount that is mounted behind my fly screen, it blocks the wind so that the phone wont get knocked out of its mount
