A question of order

So I have downloaded TuneECU and read throught it, I have a tune to put into my Roadster (Thanks Hanso!), and I just received my K&N filters. My questions is; do I load the new tune and then install the filters, or install the filters and then the new tune? (my) logic tells me to install the filters and let the tune run with the new configuration. Any thoughts?

that is exactly what I did on mine install the filters and later hooked up the computer

perfectly ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the beast run just perfectly..and if..... BIG IF..... all works accordingly I may come your way in jan with the bike in tow and demonstrate .
