A new (to him) Rocket owner

Many of you met my friend Paul at the last couple of RAA's. He's been riding Harleys his whole life. He called me up yesterday and said he bought a Rocket. I was shocked ! Sounds like he stole it. It's a 2006 Blue Tribal standard with 21,000 miles. He got it for $4500 ! Don't know if it's had the upgrade installed.

I'm not sure. I mentioned it to him. He's thinking of taking it to Daytona from San Diego where he lives. He's gonna love the tire life
