A mountiain bike ride for Nat67

Well done Tex haha that s brilliant !!! Love the ending hee hee!!! It's like I'm riding your bike.... ohhh it was weird and bumpy but I liiiiiked it :sneaky: awesome triumph :cool:

Clinty boy , I am not even gonna begin to take the piss . I am seriously impressed , you is one hard Texacan !
The fact you ended back where you started from indicates you worked harder going uphill than you did going down . Big respect to you Brother ! I'm certainly not in your league . All our trails head steeply downhill and by the time I hit the bottom , I wanna sell the bike to the first passer by I see and call a taxi back to my van ! As for the basket @Grumpy Ole Codger ? I need some way to carry me oxygen ! :p

Nat, that was one lap on the video - I always do 2 laps & sometimes 2 1/2 - 3........... Pant Pant Pant
@Steel - thats why the no "big air" they all go downhill, never even peddle, for 15-30 minutes........Ppppppfffffff - Ize havin to pedal almost 95% of the time

It's not a go pro and don't give a good picture . Anyways , after watching Clints video I feel inadequate . I would be blowing out me arse after completing 1 of his laps , let alone 2 or more ! :notworthy:

Brother, you’ve lost a lot of weight n lookin real good. Just like anything else you gotta work your way up to all your goals & the best way to do that is consistency. ;)
Once you get consistent in your workouts you will keep that weight off easier. It’s not about how fast you are, it’s about maintaining what you’ve worked for. All I was trying to do with this thread was give you some fun, motivation to stick with what you are already doing. If it’s taxing your system, then it’s doing you some good, so keep it up my brother! :D

Don't feel to bad, Nathy.
I had mine for two years before I finally broke it out for my Texas ride this past November.
Got some GREAT footage whilst hooning the Coronado Trail and Mt. Lemon - in both directions.
A night after, I hooked it up to my cell and watched it all in my hotel room.
I was impressed with the quality of the videos. Then somehow I deleted the whole darn thing - 4 files! :( :banghead:

The moral of my SAD story is this:
Learn your equipment - try & error - BEFORE the big event!
What a drongo I be!
