A fall drive

The misses and me took a drive about a week ago up the coast of Lake Michigan. We usually take the bike, but it was raining off and on so we took the car. Not really a thread about motorcycles I guess, but I thought I would post some pics of the area. Not any real kickass twisties, but some gorgeous scenery.

I was confused at the title: a fall drive
It took the misses on a long rocket ride today so her hiney will be ready for the upcoming three sisters soirée coming up next month.......

Yea but if you ride late at night or early morning you can tell that the cold is on its way. The animals are moving and the chill in the air tells you why. It is not a good sign at all. Bad feeling about this winter that is why for the first time looking at one of those electrical heat outfits. The kind you plug in and is supposed to keep your little butt warm. We shall find out.

One of my favorite things on the planet is in NW Michigan on Lake Michigan... Silver Lake and the dunes... used to ride dirt bikes up there in the summer.
