2020 R3 GT key fob replacement

Hello, I've searched the threads but I can't find an answer. The key fob for my 2020 R3 GT was accidentally run through the washing machine. I tried changing the battery, and I took the fob apart and dried it as best as I could but no luck. I'm certain I need a new one. Does anyone have advice, or knowledge of how to replace on the aftermarket? I figure I'm going to have to use a Triumph dealer so I know this is a stab in the dark.

Don't forget to call at the bank on the way to the dealer......

You still can ride with additional keys that came with the bike. You just have to put them next to the antenna. The manual shows the exact position.

While all that, you can go to the dealer and fork a lot of cash over. But, what else you gonna do? I never read about aftermarket choices.

I know Batteries Plus sells replacement key fobs. Maybe they have a method to replace with one of theirs; worth a phone call.

Whatever you choose, there's a process to register the new FOB that requires the diagnostic tool and requires that you have all three keys with you to pair the new one (the two good ones plus the replacement).

Ask the dealer for assistance in the matter.
Don't advertise the washing machine incident..........you just got wet while out in a storm.......it can happen.

I'll just blame it on my wife for not checking my pockets before she washes my clothes.
