Key and FOB reprogramming

FYI The OBDSTAR worked great for programming keys. Decided it's served it purpose, so if anyone wants a Triumph OBDSTAR like new, I've got it listed:

Sorry if this has been answered before. Couldn't come up with anything through search.

I only have the fob, not spare keys and that scares me. I ordered two spares keyed to my bike and that was a super PITA. Now I have to get them programmed.

Am I correct in assuming there's no other way than the dealer service tool to do this? TuneEcu can't do it?

Also, what should a dealer be charging me and how long does it take? Dealer near me said I'd have to drop the bike off for at least an hour and that it would cost $175. Does it really take that long? What have others paid?
I got mine done they did it for "free" $150 when replacing the Multifunction display, that was a costly replacement ad Triumph wouldn't help, I feel it was a factory fault. I couldnt find a site, sorry mate. Alfred.
