2.5L Life Expectancy

32 hours and 50 minutes to break the record
I've been contemplating a 7k mile round trip from CA to Cape Cod and back for next May and now the idea of putting that many miles on the bike in 2 weeks is not an issue any more at least.
Let us know when you're in east TN/western NC.

I'd recommend you spend a couple days in Arkansas, God made that State for motorcycles!! Head up to Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake area and you'll see what I mean.
Agreed! WifeyPoo and I motorcycle toured NW Arkansas and loved it. We still go back for the mountain biking now that my daughter has caught that bug.

I did two tours, each over 3 weeks on my old 2005 RIII before switching to Harleys (now that I’m not touring like that I’m back on a 21 R3). The issue I ran into was that Triumph dealers don’t stock parts, so any little thing ended up being at least a few days of being stuck somewhere.
With that said, the dealer network and online community is way more robust now, and the new bikes are better.
If you have the time, push that southern route out to Durango for the Silverton to Durango highway, and highway 90 through the Dakotas is way prettier than 80 through the plains.
Enjoy the trip!

I'm actually stopping in Conway for a couple of nights visiting friends and then will head west over the Talamena byway. Other than a couple of night at a beach resort on the east coast I'm not making any detours

Have over 50k on mine, had it since 2004, had it in a barn, later a shed, finally got a proper garage in 2020….. still going strong.

I put 80,000 miles on my 2015 R3 touring gave it to my son he's still riding it I have 27,000 on my 23 GT no issues whatsoever and I only do the recommended service and it goes as soon as I started up
