So my original battery was giving me issues so I took it in and had it tested. Gent said it tested fine, but needed a charge. I said nope been on the battery tender the whole time. I want a new battery.

I decided on the Duracell Ultra Model DURAGM-20L it seemed to have an advantage on cranking amps and came with a 2 year warranty.

All I can say is this battery rocks.

This battery hits the starter with authority.

I had good luck with mine, but it started to poop out right at 25 months. I don't keep in on a tender over the summer - it's rare to go more than a few days without riding - so it might be sulfated. I got a noco to keep it on over the winter and it's been on that for a month or so. It's starting to act better, but I'll be replacing it in the spring.

What is the stock battery CCA ? I thought it was higher than 310 ?

Just put this exact battery in my 2014 Rt3. Enormous difference, for the better.

The OEM battery (Yausa, 270 cranking amps) did the job but never really excelled.... This battery though is a whole different experience. Cranks right up with zero hesitation. 100% better.
