Hi all, it's been a while.

I was contemplating the idea of installing a Power Commander from DynoJet on my 2016 R3R this season. I have a few questions...

1. I was told I need that if I have a custom exhaust. Is that accurate??
I do have a 2-into-1 exhaust which was installed by the previous owner.

2. I was told I can't ECU Flash the bike because they can only do that for 2019 and up models. Is that true?

3. Power Commander 5 vs 6? 5 is more expensive for some reason and always sold out. That's saying something but I figured id ask people who have it installed.

4. If do go for this, what kind of "improvements" am I expected to get from the bike? I haven't really seen any flaws on it yet but obviously I'm no expert and don't know what may be happening under the hood.

I had a 15 Touring that I put on pipes, power commander, and a new intake system with a net gain of nothing that I could feel. Now the ecu modification will for sure pep up your ride.
