It’s growing on me!

I really like it. It is my style (except the rear). I'm thinking of getting one but I may wait to hear the reviews, pluses and minuses. It is a lot of money and the guilt factor may rear it's ugly head. I do deserve it so here is my Gofundme page. WWW.Payformystuff.com. (It was worth a try.)

Yes I like its look but I'm smaller then the fellers they have posted on them I'm thinking GT with R foot peg placement. I to need to throw my leg over one first. And I want to know the final gear ratios to see if the sixth gear is a benifit or if they are just making me shift more.

Making you shift more is answer. 80MPH @ 3000 RPM on the new bike.
 
I do so now sometimes, so it's a 4 speed lol

Money they split 2,3,4 into 2-5 on the new trans ratios to more closely mirror liter bike ratios. On the old trans the rockets 3rd had to cover the sport bikes 3 and 4, with 5th being between their 5 and 6 on most. It was a good balance for a 5 speed, but should've been a 6 with a .75:1 6th gear IMHO.

All motorcycle companies suck IMHO these days except BMW.
 
I would have thought that the first important question to ask is 'Which Oil?'
Not fore me my friend. My first question is whats the gear ratios especially 6th and final output. If it aint no better then what I have. Then well its just getting harder to justify spending so much more for what. Not more horsepower, not more torque (mine is already Red) I'd better quit before I talk myself out of one. :)

I see your points and they are valid. I see this bike as more tech, handling improvements and modern style. We all know the bigger motor aint chit to what we are running now. Be advised this bike will take modifications in time.;) I would like to see a bit taller 6th gear than the 5th we have now.

Do you think the final gear is no taller than our present 5th? If it id that would just be "short" sighted.:rolleyes:
