I would have thought that the first important question to ask is 'Which Oil?'That will become the tail tidy conversion. I can see it now everything you need to make it look closer to what it used to

Then well its just getting harder to justify spending so much more for what. Not more horsepower, not more torque (mine is already Red) I'd better quit before I talk myself out of one.
I see your points and they are valid. I see this bike as more tech, handling improvements and modern style. We all know the bigger motor aint chit to what we are running now. I would like to see a bit taller 6th gear than the 5th we have now.
Do you think the final gear is no taller than our present 5th? If it id that would just be "short" sighted.
